RICH
Rich is an acclaimed industry specialist, with over 20 years expertise and resolute passion in the field of kitchens and TV / media campaigns.
Prior to Brentwood Kitchen & Interiors, Richard held senior operational roles with some of the UKs largest FTSE 100 based companies, accountable for multi million pound kitchen installation operations.
Key experience; particular focus to lead multiple high profile campaigns within the TV and media sector, working relationships with ITV (This Morning / Ant & Dec / Daybreak), WCRS, Good Relations, ZPR, B&Q Marketing & Advertising, TV commercials.
Major role in the scope and facilitation of national rollout of the kitchen installation service for Homebase. Responsible for complete start-up from £nil to annualised £2.5m installation business within South-East/London regions.
Throughout his career, Richard has acquired considerable kitchen design training, CAD certification, Building & Construction qualifications, project management certification, NICEIC BS7671:2008 17th edition electrical, Asbestos Awareness approval, City & Guilds Customer programmes.
DANNY
Undisputedly recognised as an expert who loves his trade of kitchen customer experience, he has built up special connections with a vast network of tradespeople companies across the UK.
Danny has held operational roles where he was responsible for multiple sites and staff both contracted and sub contracted to the businesses.
Senior roles which involved overseeing the service levels and P&L of 3 large installation centres. Key responsibility to ensure smooth running of operations, suitable efficient services meeting the expectation and needs of customers and staff.
Monitoring and analysing provisions, strategising for improvements. Key activities including analysing statistics and reporting, liaising with team members, interaction with retail regional managers, Unit managers and various head office staff.
Planning and controlling constant change programmes. Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
True quality customer experience with a non pressured approach is a key trait of Danny. This has been applied through the spine of company values of Brentwood Kitchen & Interiors.
