Terms & Conditions
1. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, communicate, disclose, and safeguard your personal information.

2. Descriptions, Prices & Product Information
All prices are stated inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
3. Availability
If, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. You will not be charged for any item we cannot supply.
4. Payment & Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods or services from us.
A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date of order. After this period, deposits are non-refundable.
5. Sales Contract
Once your kitchen design is finalised, we will issue an Order Summary that includes your Final Sales Contract . We kindly request for you to review your full details and notify us of any errors or amendments within 7 days.
Changes requested after this may result in additional charges or delays.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made by our partnered courier service. We aim to deliver within 7 days of your installation start date or on the date agreed at the time of ordering. If this is not possible, we will notify you.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Customers must fully inspect all deliveries and report any damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery. Reports received after this period may incur replacement charges.
8. Installation
- Once an installation service is ordered, the installer will contact you to arrange a survey and confirm a start date.
- Non-standard installations (such as moving services, connection services, or building work) may incur additional costs and may require a separate agreement.
- You must provide reasonable access to your property during installation. If you are not present on the agreed start date or your property is not ready, we reserve the right to apply a delay charge.
- Installation dates are provided as estimates. We will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you if installation cannot proceed as planned.
- Installers will perform services with due care and skill and follow health and safety rules.
- Removal and disposal services exclude refrigeration appliances.
- Brentwood Kitchen & Interiors Co. Ltd reserves the right to withdraw installation offers at any time.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing within 7 days of placing your order. After this period, refunds are no longer available.
- Refunds (where applicable) will be issued to the original payment method and may be subject to standard bank processing times.
10. Faulty Items (Appliances)
If a fault is identified after fitting, we may request that the manufacturer or a registered engineer inspects the product.
Some manufacturers require online guarantee registration. Customers are responsible to register their appliances online.
11. Payments
We accept Cash, BACS transfer, Cheque, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, and Delta. Payment authorisation is required at the time of ordering.
- Supply Only Orders:
• 50% deposit at time of order
• 50% balance due 7 days before delivery
Note: for orders over £40,000 a 25% mid-payment may be required (with 25% balance due 7 days before delivery)
- Supply & Installation Orders:
• 50% deposit at time of order
• 50% balance due 7 days before delivery, Less £2000 Retention
• £2000 Upon Completion of Installation works

12. Our Responsibility to You
If we breach these Terms & Conditions, we will only be responsible for direct losses that were foreseeable at the time of your order. Our products are for personal use only and our liability shall not in any event include business losses such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption. Our liability will not exceed the total order value. Installation liability is capped at £2,000,000.
13. Guarantees and Warranties
- UK & German Furniture:
• Kitchen cabinets and Doors: 5 years
• Hinges & runners: Life time Guarantee
• Internal pull-outs, LeMans, Corners: 2 years
- Appliances:
• Covered by manufacturer guarantee. Customers are responsible to register their appliances online.
- Worktops:
• Silestone & Dekton: 25 years
• Other Quartz & Solid worktops 10 years (Customers must register within 21 days following installation)
• Laminate: 12 months
- Installation workmanship: 12 months (Guaranteed against defective workmanship)
Brentwood Kitchen & Interiors Co. Ltd are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control or actions/omissions by the customer. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Disputes must be brought in England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland.
14. Offers & Promotions
Brentwood Kitchen & Interiors Co. Ltd may withdraw any offer or promotion at any time without notice.

16. Care Guidance - Timber & Vinyl Wrapped
Timber Doors & Wooden Worktops:
- Wood is a natural material and variations in grain and colour are normal.
- Exposure to daylight will darken or lighten wood over time.
- New plaster or high humidity may cause temporary swelling.
Vinyl Doors & Laminate Worktops:
- Avoid exposing edges to excessive heat or water.
- Wipe spills immediately.
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight as colours may fade.
